The world became a little darker for our family and a beautiful woman gained her angel wings. She stepped into eternal rest with her brand new body and mind.
Peggy was always a light in this world and a strong soul that always spoke wisdom and truth into those around her. She was the backbone to our family and the one we could rely on at any time. She was the strongest woman anyone could have ever known. She wore her heart on her sleeve and loved all with the very deepest part of her heart.
Peggy loved her family deeply and loved God proudly and to the fullest. She was a long time member of Charleston Mountain Mission for many years. She was a member of the choir and absolutely loved to sing.
She is survived by her son, Gordon Snodgrass; ex daughter-in-law, Karen Mackey; brother and sister-in-law, Bert Edwards (Dotty); grandson, Travis Snodgrass (Amber); her honorary granddaughter, Stephanie Renee; granddaughter, Brandi Snodgrass (Cameron); grandsons, Jerry, Kevin, Justin; great grandsons and great granddaughters, Jeice Allen, Jacob, Jaxon, Tucker Allen, Derek, Austin and Vincent, Zoey, Justin Michael, Greenlee; step daughter & son-in-law, Beverly Williams (Jerry); and many other family that she held close and dear to her heart.
She is proceeded in death by her husband, Billy Gordon Snodgrass; mother & father, Ottie & Owen Edwards; sister, Irene Spears (Edwards); brother, Edward Edwards; sisters, Martha Mullett and Mary Petry.
