Helen Ruth Hunt, 72, of Belle, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on December 4, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Roxie Foster. Helen believed in God and His unconditional love. She was a graduate of DuPont High School, Class of 1972, and retired from Walker Machinery.
She is survived by her son, Sherman Hunt; nieces, Nikki Davis, Susan Maynard, Amy Keeney, and Tami Sizemore; nephew, Ben Davis; and her best friend, Hope Dunn.
The family wishes to thank Melanie and Rosemary Vickers, and Judy Hudson for their help and kindness during this difficult time.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
