Born in Witcher, WV Louise lived in Kanawha County her entire life. Besides being a homemaker for her family, she was a seamstress, upholstered furniture and a pianist for the Pathfinders Quartet for many years. She was a member of Walnut Gap Missionary Baptist Church for many years and then moved her membership to Lens Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Lucille (Patton) White; siblings, Ernest White, Jane Savage and Linda Kidd; grandson, Joseph Stone.
Surviving are Louise’s husband of 62 years, Bobby Joe Snodgrass; children, Randy Snodgrass, Diana (Frank) Prue and Greg (Jennifer) Snodgrass, all of Charleston; seven grandchildren and twelve great- grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, with Rev. Tim Martin and Rev. Larry Campbell officiating. Burial will follow at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, Glasgow.
A visitation with family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at the funeral home.
