Curty was an avid hunter and was most proud of his trophy bucks from his younger years.
Curty was preceded in death by his parents Junior Wayne and Blanche Ann (Hess) Elswick; sister, Stephanie Ann (Elswick) Allen; paternal grandparents, Buddy and Elsie (Landers) Elswick; maternal grandparents, Gene and Oma (McVey) Hess; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is survived by his brother, Clinton (Cheryl) Elswick; nephews, Caleb (Brittany) Elswick, Levi and Micah Allen; nieces, Courtney (Justin) Bailey, Hannah (Lucas) Wilson, Cara and Cami Elswick; great-nephews, Declan Bailey, Jacob Elswick, and Emry Wilson; great-nieces, Lilly Elswick and Leighton Bailey.
Per the family’s wishes, cremation will take place and a service will be held at a later date.
