Rebecca “Becky” Bishop, 54, of Madison Heights, passed away on February 27, 2018 in her home, surrounded by her loved ones.
Becky was born February 21, 1964, the daughter of the late Ruth Irene Childress Waid. She grew up in Lynchburg. She leaves behind her son, Jason Tyler Bishop and his fiancée Brittany; sisters, Kathy Bishop and wife Regina of Madison Heights and Karen Drake and husband Dale of Fort White, FL and many other family members.
Becky was a board member of Central Virginia Sensory Enrichment in Madison Heights, where she loved to help behind the scenes with events for special needs children and their families. She was also a lover of animals.

A celebration of Becky’s life will be held Saturday, March 3, 2018 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
