John Nelson Ogden

John was born in Lynchburg, March 28, 1988. He is survive by his parents, Walter Edward “Tad” Ogden, Jr. and Brenda Woody Ogden of Madison Heights; two brothers, William F. Ogden of Madison Heights and Walter E. “W.E.” Ogden, III and his wife Dana and their children Caleb and Bella Ogden all of Rustburg; his paternal grandparents, Walter E. Ogden, Sr. and Helen M. Ogden of Madison Heights, his maternal grandmother, Anna M. Woody of Madison Heights; one Aunt, Gayle O. Wyatt and her husband Ronnie of Danville; one uncle Bobby N. Woody, Jr. and his wife Jody of Madison Heights and his dog Chico.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Bobby N. Woody, Sr.

A memorial service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with the Rev. Earl Clarkson officiating. The family will receive friends following the service until 9:00 p.m.
