Born in Spout Spring, December 25, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Luther Elbert Reynolds and Mattie Harris Reynolds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Viola R. O’Brien, Dorothy R. Mund and Cornelia R. Carson and three brothers, Albert “Kit” Reynolds, W. C. “Billy” Reynolds and Harry W. Reynolds.
She was retired from GE/Ericsson after 37 years of service as a process control auditor. Following her retirement, she went to back to school and became a CNA and worked at Westminster Canterbury for a number of years. Jeanette loved to sing, she sang with the Sweet Adelines group and also loved to sing at Jordan Baptist Church where she was a member.
She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Garrett Barrett and her husband Bruce; two granddaughters, Jennifer Saechao and Laura Devier; and eight great grandchildren, Lukas Saechao, Noah Saechao, Seth Saechao, Sarah Saechao, Elizabeth Saechao; Aspen Latendresse, Danny Walker Latendresse and Scarlett Latendresse.
A service celebrating her life and faith will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 19, 2024 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with the Rev. Carlton Dunn, Jr. and Rev. Bruce Barrett officiating. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, February 18, 2024 at the funeral home.
