Eunice Mildred Wilsher Holloran, 91, of Lynchburg passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at the Heartland of Lynchburg. She was the wife of the late Theodore Roosevelt Holloran. Born December 12, 1925, in Sweet Briar, she was the daughter of the late Bernard Louis Wilsher and the late Eunice Smith Wilsher.
Eunice was a homemaker and although she did not have children, she spent her life keeping her sister’s children, teaching a children’s Sunday School class and babysitting for various Bible study groups.
In addition to her husband and parents, Eunice was preceded in death by two sisters, Eloise Akins and Minnie Hudson.
Eunice is survived by two sisters, Kathleen Boswell and her husband Bob of Madison Heights and Anne Nash of Midlothian; and special nieces, nephews, their children and grandchildren.
Interment at Spring Hill Cemetery will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Flat Creek Baptist Church on Wards Road.
