Born October 15, 1948 in Martinsville, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Violet Gladys Eames Matherly and was also preceded in death by a son, Timothy Lee Craig and two brothers, Thomas “Junior” Matherly and Wayne Matherly. Cynthia was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
In addition to her husband, Cynthia is survived by a son, Christopher “Randy” Craig of Campbellsville, KY; two grandchildren, Kelsie Lea Gregory and Cayla Rae Craig and one great grandson, Shawn Gregory.
The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:00 p.m., Friday, January 9, 2015 at Whitten Monelison Chapel.
