What a great man, great friend,  great teacher, great husband, and great role model! I remember the day I met Bob! He had just moved in to the house across the street, my buddy was living with me at the time and we were headed out fishing, bob sees us loading up the car and stops us and we got to talking and the rest is history! ❤️ I’ll never forget it in all my years! He was my first “old man friend” 😂 and not sure I could have picked a better one! Not a single thing bad can be said about him and  I’m sure I’m not the only one with that opinion, you can judge someone’s life by the people they affect around them,  and bob affected many, many people with his work or his friendly nature! May you rest easy brother! I was really looking forward to our fishing trip this summer when all this COVID stuff is over, looks like I’ll be taking a reign check, until we meet again brotha 🍻 cheers❤️

He is the love of my life, my rock and my everything. He was never ashamed to let people know how much we meant to each other and how much we loved each other. I was so blessed to have him as my husband. My heart is breaking into pieces loosing you my love. I love and miss you so much. Rest in peace my love. 

I’ve known bob since i was A little itty bitty kid he worked with my father Edward tofil and he’s always been an awesome person, there was never a time he wasn’t around and when he was he was always working fixing something and always making sure everyone always had everything they needed.. he always looked out for someone didn’t matter who they were and his seafood boil is the best.. gone but never ever forgotten ❤️ Love you bob rock up in heaven 

I’ve known Bob for many years, I worked for a door company in Hazel Park and that’s where I met him, he would install doors for us every now and then and he became a good friend and then a great friend and then like a brother,  he’s helped me with so many home projects And the last major project that he just recently finished was converting my garage into a apartment for our son, what a job !! He left his mark on our home and in our heart ❤️ he’s not gone he’s just resting !! I pray his wife Joan finds peace in that. Love you Hurricane Bob !! “ the working man” is now the resting man.

Bob was the best neighbor I've ever had.  He would help anyone.  Such a giving and kind man with a heart of gold.  I will miss your "hello neighbor " from across the way.  RIP Bob. ..

So many different memories. You teaching me how to do home remodels and me teaching you how to work on cars. My wedding and divorce, holidays, birthdays so many great memories. Driving down 8 mile heading to and from the job site pointing out job security houses. That scooby doo laugh of yours. You calling me bologna and my favorite Apple Sauce. I love you Dad. Rest easy and watch over us. I hope your dancing in heaven.
