Cecil "Poppy" Klein, age 78, of Madison Heights, Michigan passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022. Cecil was born May 10, 1944 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. Beloved husband of Joanne. Dear father of David (Pamela) Klein, Lisa (John) Brunning, Jennifer (Kevin) Myszenski. Loving grandfather of Taylor, Hannah, Evan, Bailey, Sydney, Addison, J.D., the late Kevin II. Brother of Evelyn (John) Ikera, Carol (Dwight) Thomas, Debbie (Paul) Elzerman, Larry (Debbie) Klein, the late Aretta (the late Bob) Malone.
The family will receive friends on Sunday October 16, 2022 from 2:30 - 8:00 p.m. at Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home 30351 Dequindre Road Madison Heights, Michigan 48071. Funeral services will be held on Monday October 17, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home 30351 Dequindre Madison Heights, Michigan 48071. Military Honors will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery 4200 Belford Road. Holly, Mi. on Tuesday October 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
