I was so sorry to hear about Mrs. Price's passing.  I'd met her only once -- in 2007 when I came to visit her with Wayne over Christmas week -- and taked to her by phone several times over the years. I will always remember her eagerness to make me feel welcome in Florida; her friendliness and constant smile; her reminiscing about the good old days; and her obvious love of her family and life.  My sympathies and prayers go out to all the family; your mom was a very special person.

Lois was such a wonderful role model.
I will forever cherish her kind and cheerful manner. As a young dental wife, she welcomed me into the auxiliary. She made everyone feel so comfortable.  Years later her cards sent at holiday time were another reminder of the truly caring individual she was.  
I am grateful to have known Lois and pray that the special memories you treasure, will bring comfort.

Dear family members,  You do not know me; however, I was a Marketing Director at Barkley Place in Ft. Myers for several years during the time your loved ones resided there.  My name is Janeene Albin.  I am writing to share with you my thoughts about Lois.  I consider myself blessed to have known her as she enriched my life.  She was a true lady, in every sense of the word, and an inspiration to all who knew her.  He glass was always half-full even in her darkest hours.  She was a fine example to all the women, residents and staff alike, as to how to life a victorious life.  Regardless her situation, she was always full of joy.  I knew her to be a loving and devoted wife and friend.  With her captivating smile, she was a source of continual encouragement and support to others.  We missed her greatly when she left Barkley Place. I rejoice in the knowledge that she left the world a better place than she found it and is resting in the loving arms of her heavenly father.  In the event my dear friend, Maureen Oravec, also a Marketing Director at Barkley Place for many years (you may have known her), does not see the obituary in today's NewsPress, I can confidently say she shares my sentiments.
