She was born on December 14, 1924, in Stratford, CT. Dorothy was a homemaker and loving wife, and widow of Emil E. Drews.
She was a devoted mother to her three children, Diane, Debby and Daniel. Her family was her first priority where she often took the lead role at family gatherings and providing care for her children and grandchildren. It was easy to see how much she enjoyed being around her family as it was apparent by the smile on her face. She also enjoyed baking, gardening, shopping, birdwatching, and frequenting the local Casinos. Slot machines were her favorite and believe me she had her favorite one that gave her the best return. If you listen closely you can still hear her, "Come On Baby". Another exciting pass time of Dorothy was going out to dinner and a movie.
Dorothy is survived by her children, Debby Drews and husband Richard Kruczek of Ninety Six, SC, her son Daniel and wife Kathy of Madison, her five grandchildren, Kelly, Jared, Tabitha, Daniel and Bryan, and her seven great grandchildren.
Dorothy will be dearly missed.
