Dana D Doyon, 78, of Madison, passed away peacefully on June 14, 2012. He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret (Reagan) Doyon. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and was a teacher in the Haddam-Killingworth School system for over 35 years. He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen and her husband, Eric, of Old Saybrook, his son Gregory and his wife, Fai, of Madison and his son Kevin and his wife Darcie of Ivoryton. Brother of Hilary Doyon of FL, Beverly Ward of ME, Douglas Doyon of ME and the late Loretta Clifford and Clifford Doyon. Grandfather of Liam, Kelsey and Conor Duncan, Reagan and Patrick (PJ) Doyon and Lyla Doyon. He was also predeceased by his son Paul.
Family and friends may visit Swan Funeral Home, 825 Boston Post Rd., Madison, Monday, June 18 from 5:00-8:00 P.M. A Mass of Christian burial to celebrate Dana's life will be at 11am on Tuesday, June 19 at St. Margaret's Church, Madison. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Westbrook with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Madison Lions Club.
