Barbara Noone LeSage

She and her husband, Bernard R. LeSage moved to Madison in the late 1940’s. They were both active members in the community and raised their family in Madison. He predeceased her in 1970.

Barbara was a member of the Madison Garden Club. A tireless worker, she could be seen beautifying the Madison downtown area attending to barrels of flowers on the main street, or arranging flowers for the many historic house tours. The gardens on her property were a source of great joy and their beauty was a tribute to her skill and hard work. She was a member of the Madison Beach Club and enjoyed tennis and bridge with her many friends. She also loved traveling to different countries and assisted many clients with their plans as an agent at Tri -Town Travel.

She will be especially remembered for her great kindness, empathy and cheerful demeanor that she brought to every friendship. Her ability to connect with people and animals was a gift she shared with all. Barbara is survived by her daughters Nancy LeSage Hellmuth and Judith LeSage Grassi,

and her grandchildren Grayson Rueckert and William Hellmuth.
