William Clayton "Clay" James, 55, of Byron, Georgia passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2024. The family will greet friends Monday, November 18, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Snow's at Macon Memorial Park. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 1:00 PM at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. David Garrett officiating.
Clay was born July 15, 1969, in Macon to the late William Thomas James and Mary Alice Haines James. He was a lineman for Sumter Utilities and loved motorcycles and guns.
Clay is survived by his daughter: Victoria "Tori" James; granddaughter: Tatum James; sister: Tandy Holland (Mark); brother: Charles "Chuck" James (Joanna); nieces and nephews: Aslynn Wacker, Aiden Holland and Gunnar James and by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
