William B. Conley, Sr.

William Bernard Conley, Sr., 77, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2016. A Celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Joe McDaniel officiating. The family will greet friends from 10:00 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.

Mr. Conley was born in Macon, GA to the late John and Effie Lee Williams Conley. He was preceded in death by his wife, Velma Jean Davis Conley and a son, Kelvin Conley. Mr. Conley served in the United States Army, 101st Airborne Division and was retired from Forsyth Milk Hauling Company as a truck driver. He loved spending time with his family and most of all enjoyed being with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Michael (Lisa) Mullis of Gray, Terry Byrd (Keith Jones) Reynolds, Billy Conley of Bryon, Candace (Tony) Wright of Cochran, Kelly Conley of Byron, fifteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, sister, Lola (Frank) Howell of Milledgeville, and several nieces and nephews.
