Thelma Mae Poelstra Kasulka, 89, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 5, 2016. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Dziadul officiating. The family will greet friends from 12 noon until service time. Burial will be private in Wagner, South Dakota. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 5962 Zebulon Road, PMB 359, Macon, Georgia 31210.
Mrs. Kasulka was born in Wagner, South Dakota to the late Peter and Frances Caroline Van Hitesma Poelstra. She was a loving and devoted homemaker that loved her family very much.
Her survivors include her sons, Terry (Grace) Kasulka, and Jim (Shelby) Kasulka; grandchildren, Wendy (Bill) Adams, Kristy (Shane) Bridges, Brett Kasulka, James and Justin Kasulka; great-grandchildren, Hali, Cody, Hunter, Hannah, Matthew, Blaine, Blake and Taylor.
