Rufus Jackson “Jack” Leach, 82, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2017. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 30 at 2 p.m.in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with Fr. John Wright officiating. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Jack was born in Macon to the late Rufus Albert and Gladys Chester Leach. He was preceded in death by his wife, Francine Leach. Jack was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Optimist Club. He served in the Air National Guard. Jack was a retired coin dealer. He was a loving father and grandfather.
Those left to cherish his memory are his children; Michael Leach of Macon, Vickie Prater of Tiger, GA; grandsons, William Prater, Anthony Leach and Stephen Leach; and brother, Paul Leach of Byron, GA.
