Mr. Tiemann was born August 3, 1941, in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Henry Tiemann and Verna Tiemann. He was a retired Chief Petty Officer for the United States Navy and a member of the Fleet Reserve Club and the VFW. Mr. Tiemann was a former Police Officer for the St. Augustine Florida Police Department and enjoyed fishing.
Mr. Tiemann is survived by his wife of thirty-four years: Mary Frances Tiemann and by a son: Mark Thomas.
