Phyllis Peacock Miller

Phyllis Peacock Miller, 85, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Snow’s @ Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. to service time at the funeral home.

Phyllis was born in Salisbury, North Carolina to the late Phillip N. and Barbara Norman Peacock. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Tommy L. Warren and Terry W. Miller, sisters, Mary Lucy Shelton and Norma Peacock. Phyllis was retired after twenty years of service from the Macon Telegraph in the circulation department. She was a member of Forest Hills Methodist Church and the Middle Georgia Art Association. Phyllis loved to paint, garden and enjoyed planting flowers. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt.

She is survived by her children, Chrissy Warren of Macon, Jennifer (Eric) Scarborough of Lizella, grandchildren, Nicole Scarborough and Seth (Brittney) Scarborough, great grandchildren, McKenna, Grayson and Madilyn, siblings, Barbara (Richard) Korteling, Kathyrn Loan, Nancy (Howard) Bluett, and William (Judy) Peacock and numerous nieces and nephews.
