Patricia Ann Harris

Patricia Ann Harris, 75, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2016. A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will greet friends at the home of Eddie and Lisa Harris on Friday, August 12, and on Saturday August 13, following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry Street, Macon, 31201, or to a local No-Kill Animal Shelter, such as Southern Comfort Animal Rescue (southerncomfort.rescuegroups.org) or All About Animals Rescue (www.allaboutanimalsmaconrescue.org).

Patricia was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Howard Joseph Johnson, Sr. and Helen Cannon Hendrix and was preceded in death by her siblings, Larry Johnson, Libby Ogletree and Bobby Johnson. She was retired from Blue Bird Body Company. Patricia enjoyed game shows, word searches, animals, and traveling, but most of all, loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her children, Eddie (Lisa) Harris, Kim Harris and Sonya (Jeff) Bishop; grandchildren, Blake (Kelly) Harris and Chloe and Kayley Bishop; brothers, Howard Johnson, Jr. and nieces, Kathy (Glen) Cortes, Elaine (Jack) Lucas and Tammy (Gerald) Johnson Hall; great nephew, Zack Sweeney; and numerous grandpuppies.
