Mary Kathryn Smith

Macon Ga. – Mary “Kathryn” Smith, 89 passed away Saturday, November 3, 2012 in a local assisted living home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm, Tuesday, November 6, 2012 in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with Dr. Otis Andrews officiating. The family will greet friends from 12:00 till service time. Interment will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully request contributions to the Alzheimer’s Association -886 Mulberry Street Macon Ga. 31201

Mrs. Smith was a member of Glenwood Hills Baptist Church and was a home maker for most of her life. She was preceded in death by her husband –James L Smith and son- Jimmy D Smith.

She is survived by her children, Gayle Smith of St Augustine Fl, Danny Smith of Macon (Vickie), her sisters – Helen Manning (Jean), Joyce Gaultney (Fred), Betty Ann Bostic, Connie Rowell. She has 5 grandsons – Brian Smith, Derrick Smith, Shannon Smith, Jason Smith and Dylan George. She has 9 great grandchildren.
