A celebration of her life will be held Friday, November 23, 2018 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Hutcheson officiating. Entombment will be private in the Macon Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will greet friends from 10:00am until the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Methodist Home for Children and Youth, 304 Pierce Avenue, Macon, 31204 or Hospice Care Options, 486 New Street, Macon, 31201.
Martha was born in Winter Garden, Florida to the late Melton and Thelma Cheshire Thompson and was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Webb. She was a retired bookkeeper from White Brothers and was also J. Marvin Elliott’s Executive Secretary and worked for Budget Rent-A-Car. Martha was a member of Heritage United Methodist Church, the Eastern Star and the Mother’s Club Order of DeMolay. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
Survivors include her children, Chuck (Kathy) Webb of Gray, and Chad (Kaye) Webb of Thomaston; grandchild, Skyler Webb; four step children; and six step-grandchildren; 2 great step-grandchildren.
