Mark Rowell

Randy Mark Rowell, 57, entered into rest Sunday, June 2, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Hershel Sizemore will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home and ask that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Lighthouse Baptist Church Building Fund, 4770 Sardis Church Road, Macon 31216.

Mr. Rowell was born September 4, 1955 in Bibb County. He was a retired engineer with Norfolk Southern Railroad and Freemason member of Crawford Lodge No. 689. He was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his father, Thomas J. Rowell.

Left to treasure his memory are his wife, Beverly Rowell; son, Brant (Jenny) Rowell; daughter, Lesley Ann “L.A.” (Jonathan) Andrews; his mother, Sherry Bourland; grandchildren, Dylan and Dalton Rowell, Kaleb, Kameron and Kaden Smith, Gracie and Noah Andrews; and sister, Alison (Joseph) Borders.
