Mark Howard Entrekin

EATONTON – Mark Howard Entrekin, 53, died Tuesday, April 6, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Chaplain Jeff Alford and Bobby Simmons will officiate. The family will meet friends from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and suggests that those who wish may make memorial contributions to First United Church, 366 Log Cabin Road, Milledgeville, GA 31061-7726 or to Al Sihah Temple Transportation Fund, P. O. Box 3147, Macon, GA 31205.

Mr. Entrekin was a native of Macon and attended Macon State College and Mercer University. He was a service writer in the automotive field and was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church. Mr. Entrekin was formerly a member of Mabel Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Al Sihah Shrine Temple, ROJ and was an avid golfer.

Survivors include his parents, Jesse H. and Vivian Jones Entrekin of Eatonton; his brother, Larry (Linda) Entrekin of Milledgeville; his sister, Deborah (Matt) Whitehair of Cumming and a cousin, Terri Smith of Macon.

Snow’s Memorial Chapel Funeral and Cremation Services, Pio Nono Avenue has charge of arrangements.
