Malcolm W. Rogers

Malcolm W. Rogers, 41, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014. A celebration of his life will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Kenny Parham officiating. The family will meet friends on Monday, March 17, 2014 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN 38105.

Malcolm was born in Macon, Georgia to Thomas L. Rogers, Sr. and Margaret Fields Rogers. He enjoyed fishing all over the United States and most of all spending time with his family. Malcolm had a gentle and caring spirit and a love for his nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his mother, Margaret F. Rogers of Macon, father; Thomas L. (Sandy) Rogers, Sr. of Suwannee, GA, brother, Thomas (Stephanie) Rogers, Jr. of Warner Robins, sisters; Lisa (Walter) Wood of Warner Robins, Jennifer Rogers of Macon, brother-in-law; Davin, nieces and nephews, Ashley, Lindsey, Kayla, Kristen, Ryan, Savannah, Woody IV, Greyson, Callie, and Michael.
