Kathleen Molan Wood, 105, passed away on February 4, 2023. A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Snow’s Funerals and Cremations at Macon Memorial Park. Mr. Carl Nelson and Mr. Doug Murray will officiate. Burial will be in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Kathleen was born in Anniston, AL to the late Alexander and Nora Hardy Molan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Gordon Wood, son Allen Wood, two brothers, four sisters and one great granddaughter. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister and aunt.
She is survived by her children, Raymond Wood, Oza Foskey of Byron, two granddaughters, three grandsons, nine great grandsons, two great granddaughters, and six great great grandsons and two great great granddaughters, and several nieces and nephews.
