Jackson Carson Moore III

Jackson Carson Moore, III, 21, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2017. A visitation/reception will be held from 5 until 7 PM Wednesday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street. Burial will be private for family only. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the donor’s favorite charity.

Jackson was born in Macon and had lived here for all of his life. He was employed by Moore’s Furniture. Jackson loved spending time with his friends and was an avid fisherman. His smile brightened every room and he always brought joy to everyone.

Jackson is survived by his father, Jack Moore of Bolingbroke; mother, Dawn Moore of Bolingbroke; brother, Parker (Haley) Moore of Athens; paternal grandmother, Mildred Moore of Macon; maternal grandmother, Barbara (R.C.) Oakley of Hampton, GA; maternal grandfather, Garland Darracott of Rayle, GA; aunts, Mimi (Drew) Schilling of Macon and Suzanne (Randy) Gatlin of Griffin; cousins, Carson (Suzanne) Schilling, Andi Schilling, Rachael Gatlin, and Jay Gatlin.
