Ms. Jackson was born in Abbieville, AL to the late Jesse and Rose Clenney Cullifer. Inez was preceded in death by her husband Hubert Jackson and her brother, Jesse F. Cullifer. Ms. Jackson was an active member of Bloomfield Methodist Church and the Busy Bee's until her health began declining.
Ms. Jackson was a devoted employee of Dr. David S. Mann for over thirty years. Her love for people and her generous, caring spirit led her to continue her career with Drs. Mark and Dan Durden. Ms. Jackson's passion in life was spending time with her family and loved ones. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, scrapbooking, music, dancing and cooking for others. Everyone always felt "at home" at Memama's. She never met a stranger and greeted everyone with her loving, sweet smile, which will forever be etched in our minds. The yearly Cherry Blossom Festival was always a highlight in Ms. Jackson's life. She enjoyed attending the events and collecting the memorabilia, especially Mark Ballard's porcelain plates.
Inez is survived by her three daughters: Gloria Money Wills (Spencer) of Eufaula, AL, Brenda Money DeBusk (Ronald) of Brownfield, TX and Debbie Jackson Batts (Tony) of Macon, GA; grandchildren: Kimberly Smith (Bruce), Clayton Batts, Britni Oaks (Rusty); and great grandchildren: Kamryn and Casen Lucas, Keatyn Smith, and Sagen and Slayde Oaks. Other survivors include: sister, Joy Cullifer Smith (Jim); step mother, Ruby Lee Cullifer; half-siblings, Wayne Cullifer and Linda Cullifer; sister-in-laws, Leila "Aunt" Jackson and Emogene Cullifer; loving and dedicated care giver, Bobbi Floyd; and other special nieces, nephews and friends.
Ms. Jackson's family would like to extend a very special thank you to the staff at John Wesley Villas.
