Harrold (Frank) “Partner” Dupree, 88, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, December 12, 2020 after sustaining a fall. A private graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Ed Chambliss and Dr. Mark Hudgins officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gideon’s International, P.O. Box 140800, Nashville, TN 37214.
Harrold was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Jesse and Mamie Minter Dupree. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nita Watson Dupree, two brothers, J.F. Dupree and Roger Dupree, sister, Laverene Dupree. Harrold served his country in the National Guard for twenty years and was retired after forty-eight years of service with the Macon Telegraph. He was a member of Mikado Baptist Church and the Tru North Sunday School Class. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and uncle.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Dupree of Macon, daughter, Debbie (Kenneth) Kitchens of Macon, step-daughters, Denise (Alan) Mathis of Waynesville, NC, Darlene Brinn of Macon, grandchildren, Ben (Stephanie) Kitchens, Jon (Misty) Kitchens, Nate (Vanessa) Kitchens and Maggie (Chad) Copeland, David (Brittany) Tripp and Daniel (Kristen) Tripp, Rebecca (Sean) Keene, Bethany (Coty) Collins and Jeffrey (Kaycee) Powell, and fourteen great grandchildren.
