Harold L. Carr, 80, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2017. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Ben DeFore officiating. The family will greet friends on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Harold was born in Juliette, Georgia to the late John L. and Emma Carr. He was a graduate of Lanier High School Class of 1953 and University of Georgia. Harold was a former member of First Baptist Church. He was the owner of Harold Carr Heating and Air and has been in the business for 63 years. He taught heating and air at Macon Tech, Dudley Hughes, Southwest and Central High School. He was a devoted father and grandfather.
He is survived by his daughter; Pamela M. Carr of Macon, son; Chris (Cherry) of Macon, grandchildren; Heather Maze of Savannah and Abigail Carr of Macon.
