Darnell your mother was such a joy. She and Nanny Hamm were the best cooks. Sunday dinners at Bethel Baptist Church was always a blessing even more so after we moved to Atlanta.  Lots of fun looking for the dishes they made before filling our plate.                                                                                    I have  a great picture of your mother and Cherie during one of the Church lunches. Praying God holds you and your family in his loving arms as you remember your Mother.  

 Gwen was a very sweet lady.  I met her when I started working at Keebler but soon learned that she went to school with my mom.  My prayers  are with the family. 

Nana was a wonderful Lady! Her pound cake should have been featured in Southern Living...the BEST! She will be missed by All. May God bless you and the family in this time of sorrow.

Dear Anita, Darnell and families,

I am so sorry about the loss of your precious mother. I truly enjoyed the time I got to spend with her. She was a wealth of knowledge and very interesting. I know you are going to miss her greatly. 

I pray the Great Comforter will wrap His loving arms around all of you,  give you peace, rest and strength to get through the days ahead, as only he can.
