Frances “Fran” Robertson Fox, 80, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at her home after an extended illness, she was surrounded by family and her beloved pets Sid and Ginger who never left her side. A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Paul Dziadul officiating. The family will greet friends from 9:00 a.m. to service time at the funeral home. Fran was born in LaGrange, GA to the late William and Lillian Marie Blount Robertson. She was preceded in death by her husband and Walter Denny Fox and brothers, William and Paul Robertson. Fran graduated from LaGrange High School and immediately went to work at Southern Bell, developing a successful life long career. Upon retiring, she enjoyed a second career in the office of Westside High School and Central High School. Additionally, she was a National Poll Watcher/Manager which allowed her to travel the country. She also gave back to her local community of Macon by volunteering with the Pioneers as a Vice President and a lifelong member as well as holding the office of treasure for the Garden Club. She enjoyed traveling all over the world.
She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Willis, step-sons, Rodney (Beth) Fox, Mark (Shirley) Fox and step-daughter, Marcia Fox, ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
