Doris Bernice Carlson, age 65, of Macon, GA, passed away Monday, January 31, 2022. A Celebration of Life will be held at New Elim Baptist Church on Friday, February 4, 2022 at 4:00 pm with Pastor Johnny Baggett officiating.
Doris was born to the late Austin Cook Sr. and Doris Irene Crowley Cook. She was the office manager for Wilson Bryant Heating and Air Conditioning. She was a member of New Elim Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt.
Doris is survived by her husband, Wayne Carlson; sons, Toby Eugene Carlson (Joanna), Anthony Eugene Carlson (Jennifer), Timmothy Dewayne Carlson, Brian Kenneth Carlson (Nicole); fourteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; sisters, Helen Losito and Mae Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
