Macon, GA- Dana Bilderback Sanders, 63, of Warner Robins, died Thursday, June 27, 2013. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. The Rev. Ed Chambliss will officiate with interment in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will meet friends from 6-8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Sanders was born in Macon. She was the daughter of the late William Joseph Bilderback. Mrs. Sanders was a graduate of McEvoy High School and attended technical schools at Robins Air Force Base. She was retired from Robins Air Force Base and was a former member of Macon Evangelistic Church in Macon and Oakland Baptist Church in Warner Robins. Mrs. Sanders was a member of the Sanders Association.
Mrs. Sanders is survived by her husband, Johnny R. Sanders, Sr. of Warner Robins; her son, Johnny R. Sanders, Jr. and his wife Heather of Bonaire; a grandson, Johnny R. Sanders, III of Bonaire; her mother, Kathleen Bilderback Jackson of Macon; and a sister, Kathy Bowden of Macon.
