Charles was born in Macon, Georgia. He loved playing his guitar, cooking, skate boarding and watching extreme sports. He was a devoted and loving son, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He was predeceased by his father, Charles Ray Evans, Sr.
He is survived by his daughter, Adrian Rhea Evans, mother and stepfather, Arnita and Horace Jowers, grandson, Ayden Rice, sister, Vicki Evans Doss (Larry Jackson) five nephews, numerous cousins and his four legged friend, Freya.
