Carey Neil Henderson Sr. 79 of Macon, Georgia passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and loved ones on Friday, April 4, 2025. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 14, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.at Ingleside Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Wesley Bridgers and Dr. Mark Hudgins will officiate. The family will have a time of visitation on Monday, April 14, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. till service time at Ingleside Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
Born in Gray, Georgia, he was the son of the late Roy Francis Henderson and Alice (Miller) Henderson. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Don Juan Henderson, Filipe Perry Henderson, Jeffrey Kraig Henderson. Mr. Henderson was a former salesman with Itco Tire Company and was a US Navy veteran. He loved to travel and sing karaoke to old country western songs.
He is survived by his children, Candace H. Bridgers (Wesley), Cynthia Loraine Beasley (Daniel), Carey Neil Henderson Jr (Renée), Spencer Kyle Wiggins, Chrystal Leticia Hunt(William), and Matthew Neil Henderson(Brittany Stall), 13 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. Life partner of 20+ years, Martha Goff.
