Calvin Wesley Day, Jr.

Calvin Wesley Day, Jr., 49, passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at his residence. A celebration of his life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with Pastor Paul Dziadul officiating. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Al Sihah Shriner’s Children’s Hospital, P. O. Box 3147, Macon, GA 31205.

Mr. Day was a lifelong resident of Macon and a graduate of Southwest High School. He was of the Baptist Faith and was an avid NASCAR fan, focusing on Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and car 88.

Survivors include his children, Amber Day and Christine Frazier; grandson, Austin; his father, Calvin Wesley Day, Sr.; his mother, Jo Ann Green; his sister, Adair Green (Tim Heichberger) and nephew, Joshua Flowler.
