Born in Macon, Georgia on February 21, 1993, Brian was the son of Leanne and Patrick May. Two years later, Brian was blessed with his brother and best friend, David May. From the beginning of life, God blessed Brian with a loving, sensitive soul and a wonderful gift of creativity. He was a caring, devoted son and a loyal brother and friend. He adored hunting, fishing, playing the guitar and being with family and friends. His favorite places were the beach and the woods, where he spent many hours enjoying God’s creation and perfecting the art of being an excellent outdoorsman. At the time of his death, he was pursuing a diploma in Welding and Joining Technology at Central Georgia Technical College.
He is survived by his parents, Patrick and Leanne May, his brother David May, grandparents James and Diane McManus (Duluth, GA), grandparents Barbara and Dean Brinchman (Georgetown, TX), uncles Brien McManus (Atlanta, GA), Terence McManus (Washington, GA) Christian McManus (Louisville, KY), and Mark Sanders (Bertram, TX), several aunts, ten cousins and many friends. Brian knew he was loved by all those closest to him, and we anticipate the day when we can meet with him again. Until that day, his memory will be cherished and honored.
