Brenda Phillips

Brenda Phillips, age 84, of Macon, Georgia passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024. A Celebration of Her Life will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 11 AM, at Snow’s Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made at the World Literacy Foundation at https://worldliteracyfoundation.org/ .

Brenda was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, to the late Isador Merlet and Janet Bove. She enjoyed a wonderful career with Rollins Corp, and later with Charter Medical in Macon, Georgia. Ending her career with Barnes & Noble, Brenda was able to fully embrace her voracious love of books and reading.

Before his untimely departure in 2014, Brenda and her husband, Mitch Phillips spent an amazing 35 years together, full of love and adventure. She was also predeceased by her sister, Cheryl Crofts.

Brenda leaves behind in her memory her son, Roger (Dawn) Martin; daughter, Michelle (Keith) Collins; sisters, Dawn Boudreau, Priscilla Lasch and Pamela Merlet; grandchildren, Lindsay (Elliott) Bradley and Timothy Martin; and her precious furry companion, Zoey.

Snow's Memorial Chapel, Bass Road, has charge of local arrangements.
