Brenda Harper

Brenda B. Harper, 66, passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services and a celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home with entombment in Macon Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will meet friends from 10 a.m. to service time on Saturday at the funeral home and suggests that while flowers are accepted, memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice, 115 Arkwright Landing, Macon, GA 31210.

Ms. Harper, born in Palos, AL, was the daughter of the late Belton Edgar and Valeria Ingle Bonner and the sister of the late Judy Ann Bonner. She was a Regional Accounting Specialist with BB&T Insurance Company with forty years of service. Ms. Harper was a member of Northway Baptist Church and the Contemporary Single Adults Sunday School Class.

Brenda is survived by her loving family, her son, Carl Brent Harper (Kristen Kelley) of Statesboro; her grandson, Bailey Michael Harper; two sisters, Sheila Gail Bonner of Adamsville, AL and Karen Bonner Regula of Birmingham, AL; her nephew, Stephen Michael Bonner (Laura) of Birmingham, AL and two great nieces, Leah and Grace Bonner.
