Betty Jane D. Hall

Betty Jane Dent Hall, 82, formerly of Macon passed away on December 31, 2011. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Dan Bryant officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hall was born in Milledgeville, GA to the late Herman and Alma Smith Dent. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Hall, two daughters, Cynthia Hall and Robin Hall Williamson and son, Jerry Dorsey. Mrs. Hall was a member of West Highlands Baptist Church and was retired from the Bibb County Board of Education after thirty years of service. She was a member of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her loving and caring children, David Wayne Hall (RaNona) of Macon, Jackie Long (Richard) of Winder, six grandchildren, Stacy Phillips Clack (Dewayne) of Winder, Amanda Hall Peacock of Eastman, Jason Hall (Amber) of Perry, Brandy White (Al) of Dry Branch, Jarred Hall and Lauren Hall of Macon, Shelly Williamson Witzel (TJ) of Richmond, KY and Joshua Williamson of Richmond, Ky.
