She was preceded in death by her children, Jeanie Knight, Charles Willis, and Elaine Baxter; her husband, Edward H. Rousseau; a sister, Mildred Gay; and a brother, Jake Connor.
Survivors include her sons, Joe Baxter (Barbara), Victor David Baxter, Jon Bruce Baxter, and Mark Edward Rousseau (Lisa); 2 sisters, Mary Sanders and Frances French; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
She was employed as a payroll clerk in Bibb County, GA for many years and she enjoyed doing genealogy.
Visitation will be on Thursday, March 12, 2020, from 6 – 8 pm at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home, 3969 Mercer University Drive, Macon, GA 31204. The funeral service will be on Friday, March 13, 2020, at 10 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Macon Memorial Park.
