Ann was born in Stockton, CA to the late Robert Wells and Frieda Berner Thomas. She was a retired secretary for the State of California and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband, Royce D. Hulsey of Macon; sister, Sue Ellen Zetz of Sacramento, CA; brother-in-law, Michael Hulsey; sister-in-law, Sheila Carter and several nieces and nephews.
