Shirley loved to spend her summers at the campground surrounded by her close friends. She loved to fish, enjoyed sitting around the fire, and hanging out on the deck watching football games cheering on her favorite team The Chicago Bears.
Our beloved mother was a gentle soul with a hard touch of sarcasm. She loved to deliver little digs to you when the chance presented itself. She had no problem telling you how it was or how she felt.
Her love for Hot Damn and Keystone are what we will all remember when we take a seat at the bar. Don’t forget that shot and don’t forget that KEYSTONE!
Shirley’s wishes were to not have a funeral but a celebration of LIFE. We will post that information once we have a place and date determined.
A special thanks to Lydia (Hospice RN), and Molly (NP) for all of their love and support throughout our Mom’s last few weeks her on earth!
Cheers from Shirley
