 Seeing your smile every week was such a joy. you will always hold a special place in my heart. It was an honor to do your hair for so many years. Elizabeth you will be greatly missed.

To The Precious Family of Elizabeth Raymer;
Whether Elizabeth was your mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother or dear friend ,,,,,  what an indescribable loss you all must be experiencing with her passing!

I knew Elizabeth as my friend and have considered myself fortunate to have held that role!  One of my fondest memories of Elizabeth is how comfortable she made me feel,,,  to the extent that she would always greet me with a kiss on the lips, just as tho I was one of her own daughters. I knew her actions had nothing to do with me, that was how I saw Elizabeth treat others as well!

Whenever I was with Elizabeth, she was smiling and genuinely concerned for me.  She would engage me in conversation talking about current events, ask about my life and that of my husband, "the photographer", and always say goodbye to me with another kiss on my lips!  

Whenever I would visit Elizabeth, stop in to check on her when she was hospitalized, or simply enjoyed her company as I visited my girlfriend, Lynn, there was a feeling of community and love in their household that I always enjoyed!

I will always remember how easily Elizabeth giggled, she never seemed to worry and appeared to dismiss her struggles with an effortless shrug of her shoulders!  I have never met a woman so easygoing, funloving, appreciative, gentle and in love with her precious family as Elizabeth was!  She was my friend.
I see Lynn, Christina, Philip+Ali and Cheryl have all inherited Elizabeth's easygoing character and loving mannerisms and I'm grateful for that because I know I will never forget my friend!

I was thinking of Elizabeth's passing; that she peacefully went to sleep in her hospital bed with the hope of waking up with a renewed body,,,,  and that is precisely what happened!

Ila, I am sorry to hear about your Mom. I remember the good old days in our old neighborhood. We lived on Paradise Blvd and I believe you guys lived on Barton Blvd. For years I have wondered what happened to you. May God Bless You and Your Family.
