Brian A. Otto

Brian A. Otto, of Rockford, passed away Friday November 25, 2011 at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, after a long battle with cancer.

He was born June 2, 1962 the son of Harold and Helen Otto, he later married Deborah Martindale. She survives him.

He is also survived by one daughter Bailey Otto, one step-son Phillip Wright, one grandson Oliver Wright, three brothers and one sister; Harold (Betty ) Otto, Vickie (Larry) Masbruch, Darrell (April) Otto and Kevin (Kathy) Otto. Also surviving are his nieces and nephews Nikki (Bob) Frey; his great nephew Lucas and his great niece Kurstin Frey, and nieces and nephews; Craig, Brad, Mary Ann, Tina and Sydney, and his best friend Al Zammuto.

Brian was preceded in death by his parents.

A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday November 30, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home in Machesney Park. Funeral services will take place Thursday December 1, 2011 at 11:00a.m. also at Sunset Funeral Home in Machesney Park. Burial will take place immediately following services at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Machesney Park.
