With heavy hearts we announce that our beloved Bonnie L Takamoto, age 84, of Cherry Valley, Illinois passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2024. She enjoyed painting, photography, baking sweets, crafting, and hosting family gatherings. Bonnie always had an open door policy, and welcomed any of her family for any duration. Some of her most cherished moments were when her home was filled with family and friends. Many gatherings were spent in Bonnie and Ernie’s home.
Bonnie shared her gifts of photography and computer proficiency by creating memories for others with slide shows and digital photo albums. This led her on a journey to discover her family’s genealogy, where she took great joy in sharing her family history.
