Tyson Joe Tims

Tyson Joe Tims, age 63, of Tool, Texas passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. Tyson was born June 1, 1959; to parents, Billy Joe Tims and Barbara Ann King. He married the love of his life, Tracy Armstrong on March 4, 2012. Tyson was loving and doting husband, father, grandfather and friend; who loved spending time with his beautiful family. He was an adventurous and equable man; one that enjoyed playing guitar and listening to music, and collecting watches and knives. Christian by faith, Tyson attended the Grace Fellowship Outreach. He will be truly missed by all of those he met and knew, through his lifetime.

Tyson is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Joe Tims and Barbara Ann King.

He is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Tracy Tims of Tool, TX.; sister, Tonya Penny and husband Mike of Tool, TX.; mother-in-law, Martha Armstrong; children, Adam Tims and wife Jamell of Royce City, TX., Taylor Vandeventer and husband Zach of Rockwall, TX., Dalton Irby and wife Haileigh of Combine, TX., Collin Sims and wife Madison of Mabank, TX.; niece, Kelsie Penny; grandchildren, Josia, Jaxen, Justyn, Jerzi, Lexie, Sierra, Peyton, Easton, Pierson, Myles, Jensyn, Hudson, and Bellamie.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, July 2, 2022 at 2:00pm; located in the Chapel of Eubank Cedar Creek Funeral Home.
